Aluminum products Extrusion Process

Extrusion is the process in which aluminum or aluminum alloy is extruded with temperature between 400 and 500°C. In general, long and thin materials (extrusion materials) are manufactured with the extrusion press by strongly pressing and extruding cylinder-shaped ingots (billets) from dice holes in different shapes. This method enables manufacturing hollow items or products with a complex cross-section surface in one extrusion process easily. It is also useful for making a product with very stringent dimension accuracy.
